It's important that the therapies I offer are right for you so I can offer a brief complimentary telephone call to help you decide if the therapies and therapist are the right fit for you. Alternatively, you can email to make an appointment.  I offer both individual sessions in person at my therapy office and online appointments, these sessions are delivered via Zoom for those who are able and comfortable working in this way. For clinicians I offer both CBT and EMDR clinical supervision for those wishing/working towards accreditation and maintaining accreditation in both therapy modalities. 

I offer evidence-based therapy (EMDR & CBT) for adults and young people from aged 16.

 

In person therapy appointments are available from my therapy office:

                                

• Monday morning and afternoon

• Tuesday morning and afternoon 

• Wednesday morning

I offer online appointments for therapy and EMDR/CBT supervision via zoom on:

• Thursday morning

I have a lovely private therapy office within the Regus Business Centre, Tower Court, 3 Oakdale Road, York YO30 4XL. We have a reception, waiting area and the office is accessible via public transport or car.

Car parking

The car park is free for 2 hours and you will need to enter your car registration in the tablet outside Regus reception. There is no drop off and return within two hours and car parking charges apply without these safeguards.
